So, for two years, during the pandemic, the Australian economy appeared to be performing well, particularly compared to our trading partners, and yet suddenly, everything seems to have turned upside down.

While the Australian share market has traded relatively strongly through two years of pandemic with the All Ordinaries Index reaching a high of 7,926 last December, it appears to have fallen in a heap in recent weeks.

Th big question is will it continue to fall or has it reached a bottom and if so, how long will it take for prices to recover.

Proposed Work Bonus increase should be fully supported

The Opposition leader, Peter Dutton, has raised the prospect that the Work Bonus should be doubled from its current level of $300 per fortnight or $7,800 a year to $15,600 a year.

This is something we should all support.

Looking beyond the investment horizon
